omg.. this blog has really DECOMPOSEd ><. hees.nvm. i just nd this web to keep track of my stuffs ^^ just in case i'd lost my notebook or what, if i keep track of my stuffs elsewhere. so hopefully blooger won't close down? hees xD

anyways! just completed UAC AAR and i'd like to list down some stuffs that i've learnt from this event. =D
1. I've learnt how to work with people of DIFFERENT working styles! WAY different.
2. You will not know what will happen unless you try... expect the best and the best would come.
3. Choose the correct questions to ask to lead people to the correct path instead of spoon feeding. i.e. certain questions asked might cause them to head the wrong direction.
4. PRAISE PEOPLE human.
5. SHARE.
6. The thinking process is as important as the outcome.
7. Happy go lucky is good, for the process, but not good when it comes to reflection, because you just simply let everything pass by. =/ Argh. LIVING example here. =/
8. NCDCC allows me to have an authentic experience that other CCAs don't offer and i don't get to organise such events frequently and not at such a big scale as well.
9. Contribute wherever possible.
10. BE professional... Dang... =/

Come to think of it, i think must really list down all this things... if not, i'd FORGET. which im afraid would happen.T.T so... yeap! alot of things happened, and I LEARNT ALOT OF THINGs (not the technical ones though, like school work and all...) so... mmm hmmm... one last thing.... i recall a friend telling me when i told her about washing a tee inside out because the printing might come off, she said : "Nvm, my mum will do it for me." i was like... "HUH?" so... yeap... what's the point of u being present then? =/ arghs.

I still nd to think of how to make dialouge sessions with cadets more engaging, and also how to make people SEE the values in planning an event. ;D so that they'd enjoy the whole thing... Easy to say, tough to do. so... i think the answer won't be out any sooner... but.... yea.. still gotta DO it ! =D
